By using FitnessMatch you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to enter a binding contract
  • Not prohibited from using similar apps under any law

2. Your Account

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your account secure
  • Not share your login details
  • Not impersonate anyone

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

  • Upload sexual, explicit, or pornographic content
  • Upload photos of minors
  • Use the Service for harassment, threats, or bullying
  • Engage in hate speech or discrimination
  • Post illegal content
  • Use bots or automation
  • Create fake or misleading profiles
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the app
  • Promote violence, self-harm, or terrorism
  • Post spam or scam content

4. User Content

You own your content but grant FitnessMatch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your content
  • Use it for matching
  • Moderate or remove it if necessary

5. Safety

FitnessMatch does not conduct criminal background checks. Users are responsible for their own safety when meeting others.

We encourage:

  • Meeting in public places
  • Informing friends or family
  • Using caution with personal information

FitnessMatch is not liable for user interactions.

6. Premium Subscription

If you purchase Premium:

A. Payments

All payments are processed via:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

B. Auto-Renewal

Premium renews automatically unless canceled.

C. Cancellation

You must cancel through:

  • Apple Subscriptions
  • Google Play Subscriptions

We cannot cancel on your behalf.

D. Refunds

Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google (subject to their policies).

E. Price Changes

We may adjust pricing. You will be notified in advance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate:

  • These Terms
  • Safety rules
  • Content guidelines

You may delete your account at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, logos, trademarks, and code belong to FITNESS MATCH PTY LTD.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FitnessMatch is not responsible for user actions
  • FitnessMatch is not responsible for offline interactions
  • Use of the Service is "as is" and "as available"

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, applicable nationally. International users agree to this jurisdiction.
